Shared tasks views

Hello,
I am running Outlook 2002 sp2 with exchange 2003 server.
We have share out a task list for the department. The view is obviously the
task view. We would like to have the ability to view the tasks in a
calendar. I have two questions,
1.can we import, export, (whatever) the current tasks into a calendar. Then
we can share the calendar?
2. Just change the current task list into calendar view?

Any assistance is appreciated.
