When using a shared workspace, the AD user process is terrible. If I have all
of this rich Active Directory information at my fingertips, why do I have to
go and add people by typing in their domain\userID.
There should be a significantly better UI on how to get people into my
workspace - where I can click a button such as 'fetch from AD' then like in
Outlook, I go through and find the users I want to add - with a add button at
the bottom - merrily clicking 'add' every time I find the next person (or DL)
until I have my list of users.
Without that - it is a terrible and cumbersome experience sharing documents
during this stage. For large user groups - very cumbersome.
