How do I force Downloads of Groove File Sharing Workspaces

Hi-

Just discovered Groove- seems like the tool we've been looking for a long
time for out small business to share files on desktops in the office and
laptops in the field.

I'm trying to set up a pile of file sharing workspaces (maybe 10 in total to
keep the total folder sizes well below the 2gb limit- 3 users each with a
desktop at the office and then a laptop that's mobile).

Through trial and error and then reading I've found to set up one workspace
at a time on one pc at a time and make sure it's done before moving along to
add another pc or another workspace. If you don’t do that then the workspace
seems to get stuck partially downloaded and partially not downloaded if
anything interrupts connectivity during the initial downloads.

If the setup gets interrupted it doesn't appear to complete- all the gfs
links to files show up and you can manually click and force download but it
just wont seem to finish downloading all on it's own.

So-

1) If things get interrupted (probably not much I can do to stop it when I
set up the laptops)- is there a way to FORCE all un-downloaded to complete
without digging through the folders and all the sub folders and forcing each
individual file to download? Is there like a master "download everything that
hasn't been downloaded yet button"?

2) Also- Is there any way when you first set up a workspace to force it to
download ASAP. Or maybe a way to see status- like 40 of 70 megs left to
download for this workspace? Com manager seems to give a status of each file
it's downloading sequentially rather than a total for the folder- so I have
no idea when it’s done? When com manager shows a workspace as idle does that
mean it is done for sure? Some of the folders are maybe just 70-100mb but I
have a couple with ppt's or graphics that are around 1 gig and I'm not sure
when it's safe to move along.

thanks!
Mike
