SharePoint Lost...

I recently used Frontpage XP to modify the top links of my
SharePoint.htm file. Initially when I went back to the
SharePoint.htm file all my links and text were missing,
only the shell of the page was there. I was able to
restore the page by clicking on Site Setting then
Customize Home Page Layout. Now none of the pages that
link from SharePoint.htm have any of the content they are
supposed too. Is there a way to restore this site.
