Sharing Calendar in Office XP (only for management eyes)

J

John

Good day,

We currently have 10 machines all running xp and office xp.

We would like to allow management to view a summary calendar for all
10 machines. Can this be done? If so how?

Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

Thank you
JJ

I think this would be provided if you ran Microsoft Exchange server.
However, that often a step too far.

Outlook 2003 does this ... don't know about Outlook XP: Each person
could be asked to routinely save their outlook calendar to a HTML page
.... make it so that they can't read the files, but can write. Then
management reads the files ... will work on either file or web server.

I've heard good things about Public Outlook
http://www.outlookstore.com/. Also see
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm

Hope this is useful to you. Let us know.

p.s. why the secrecy for only 10 people? I assume the 10 can share
their plans verbally with each other anyway.
