sharing calendars (again)

im following all the instructions im reading but i get this error message
when i try to access the cal on another machine

Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the
specified folder location

the permissions seem ok to me

any ideas ?

do you want to access other people's calendar?
first they need to give you rights to access their
calendar.
1. Give permission at the main mailbox - from your
friend's outlook (right hand click - properties - read)

2. Give permission at Calendar folder - from your friend's
outlook (right hand click at Calendar - properties)

3. from your outlook:
Tools - services - properties - advanced - mailbox
name - search for that user's name and add their names

4. Add shortcut
