Sharing calendars with different versions of Outlook

I have 2 users who need access to another user's
Calendar. The 2 users have Outlook 2000 2003
respectively. The user they are wanting to access has
2002. I can find ways to share calendars within 2002 and
2003, but I can't find anything on how to let the 2000
user view as well. Any suggestions?

You need to share the calendar.
And give then access to read iteam.
And it will work fine as long as they are in the same GAL
(Global address list)
