sharing entire mailbox

I have a mailbox that I have full rights to - how do I ensure the mail comes
from this account and my name does not show up?

In the From: field put the name of the mailbox you would like the message to
look like it is coming from.

I assumed that whatever mailbox I am in - that is the mailbox that would
show up in the "From" field.

If you are logged into Outlook and the default profile is this mailbox you
have full rights to, then yes, it will show up in the "From" field
automatically. If you are logged into Outlook and the default profile is
your mailbox, you will need to specify the name of the other mailbox in the
"From" field, otherwise, it will show as being from you.
