I have created a power point presentation with hyperlinks to word documents. The problem is when I e-mail the presentation to share with others they are not able to open the hyperlinks. I am e-mailing the zipped presentation along with supporting documents. Any suggestions on how I can share this presentation with others?

Hi,

Yes,

In order for links to work, you must first save both the word document
and the powerpoint presentation into the same folder (no subfolders).
Close each document.

Then open the PowerPoint file and create the links from PowerPoint to
Word. Then File>save the Presentation without moving it (don't use Save-as).

Lastly, compress the folder and send the entire folder.

Are you emailing to Windows users on an Exchange Server? Or possibly folks
using web mail servers? If so tell the folks to stop double-clicking
attachment icons. They must first download (Save) the file to their local HD
then open that.
