Sharing Infopath forms outside of network & Submitting

Hi everyone- I'm very new to Infopath 2007 and have what may be a simple
question to answer.

I've successfully created a browser enabled form that posts to a form
library. Problem is, only people within the company and on the network can
access this form (since it is using Infopath Forms Services through our
Sharepoint teamsite) and fill it out. I'd like to send this to vendors. For
instance, I've tried emailing it to my gmail account and the form did not
work.

What are my options to either have an email form for outside vendors and
have it email back or online web browser form (on a separate web server) to
submit by email or directly to the sharepoint form library. How can complete
either of these tasks?
