sharing outlook calendar/contacts

I want to share my outlook calendar and contacts across
my networ. All machines use Outlook 2002 or greater. I do
NOT have Exchange Server installed, nor do I want to
install it, for reasons beyond the scope of this mail.

The use of Net Folders seems to be limited to Outlook
2000.

Can someone help, please.
