Sharing Status Reports in EPM

Does anyone know of a way that we can SHARE our team
status reports with other groups within our division -
even though they may be external resources outside of the
status report group?

We currently use MS Word to prepare our weekly / monthly
status reports on a shared directory that other project
managers from other areas have access to - so that they
can VIEW their own and other areas status reports.

Is there any way to replicate this functionality within
EPM (MS Office Project Server 2003)?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated?

Thanks..

Ivor:

If you use Project Server's status reports, simply post the team report to
the same shared drive or put them on a SharePoint site accessible to
everyone.

Gary - What would you consider to be the best way to post
it - SAVE AS HTML in IE? OR copy the URL of the actual
status report and create a LINK URL from the Project's
sharepoint website?

Thanks...

Gary - Where can I find the ZOOM - SAVE AS commands in
the status reports section? I've tried looking under
status reports archive and opening an existing (sent)
report, but I don't see anything...

HELP....................

Thanks!

Gary thanks so much for your help!

One other small question - do you know how I can change
the DEFAULT SECTIONS in a BLANK (NEW) status report?

Out of the box MS Proejct Server 2003 creates the
following four (4) standard sections when you create a
NEW status report:

1) Major Accomplishments
2) Objectives for the Next Period
3) Hot Issues

I would like to change this default to the following:

1) Major Accomplishments
2) Objectives for the Next Period
3) Issues / Concerns
4) Week Stats (NEW SECTION)

Is there a default ASP page in MS Project Server 2003
that has this setup information in it?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks so much...

Ivor
