Sharing with another user on the same computer.

Subject line about sums it up. I want to be able to view
and scheduel things on my wife's calendar. She has a
seperate user accoung on windows XP, and uses her own
calendar on Outlook 2003. Is there any way to view each
others calendars / send tasks/ etc?

Yes, provided you have rights to the folder in which the other's PST file is
located, you can open it up in your own Outlook as a secondary folder.

All the data inside Outlook 2003 isstored insidethe Personal Folder
File( .pst ). The pst files are generally stored in the following
location :

C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\filename.pst

To just view the contents of your wife's pst, Open Outlook under your
Login and then Click in the File Menu and then Click on Open and then
Select Outlook Data file and then select the PST file corresponding to
your wife.
