Five of us recently signed up with a company that offers Exchange Server
over the Internet for $10/person in order to use group features of Outlook.
You can use the Outlook client on your PC if you have a broadband connection
or a browser based application if you don't, or you can use both. It works
great to share contacts, tasks, calendars, etc. There are lots of companies
that do this.
