short question

hi!
I'm a newbie to newsgroups and I was wondering, if I wanted to read the
messages on alt.security, could I do it without paying a fee? If so, then
how? Because I tried, but can't seem to satisfy Outlook's urge for an NNTP
server :)(and don't know how to get the server on which alt.security
resides).
Sorry if I'm giving you headaches :)
