How do you make shortcut for each user on Windows XP. I drag over to the
Desktop the Outlook icon and when I change user I cannot find the Icon in the
pop up window?

The desktop is different for each user. You need to do it for each login

Open Windows Explorer, drag the shortcut to the C:\documents and
settings\all users\desktop folder.

That should work.
