should the code for my forms have webbot-self

My forms dont work on my server. the tech support thinks the problem is the
WEBBOT-SELF could this be the reason they dont work if so what should it be?

Does the server have FrontPage extensions? And are you using HTTP to
publish?
If no to either of the above the form will not work.

WItth no extensions on the server you need to ask your host what form
handler they support and amend the form proerties accordingly.
If you published using FTP to an extended server then the extensions
may need to be re-installed, and the page published using HTTP.

published with Frontpage. not using ftp

Yes the extensions are installed and I used front page to publish the page.

I dont have IIs installed on my computer. anything about Windows NT 4.0
Option Pack. any other sugestions?

This is for the host server. For the appropriate IIS version, probably
IIS5.
