How do I send a reply form to my email address from my web site

I have a reply form designed into my website. In the form proerties I have
directed it to my enquiry@ email address. However when I send the form I get
that the link appears to be broken and an address saying - pqs consulting co
uk index files WEBBOT SELF. Can anyone help as to what address I should
insert in the form properties box.

The method you have chosen requires Front Page Extensions to be enabled
Does your hosting service have a form mailer program (CGI of PHP)
If so you may use it by selecting the option to use one of them in the form
mail properties in publisher
Check with your hosting service as to what they provide Usually their help
files will tell you what to do

I am having a similar problem... My submit button just goes to a paget that
says "Page not found". I did call my ISP and set up the front page
extensions. It still not working??? Any suggestions?
