How do I assign a hyperlink to a web form Submit button?

The web form I created in Publisher 2003 (11.8200.8132 SP2) seems to work,
except for two things. When I test it on line, fill it out and click
"Submit," I don't get the data emailed to the address I specified in the Form
Control Properties dialog box. Also, after I click submit, the browser goes
to a "page not found" screen. I have prepared a "Thank You" page that I would
like users to be sent to after they click Submit, but I can't seem to be able
to add a hyperlink to the Submit button to send the user to that page after
they have filled out the form.

It is written for Pub 2007, but if you are using IE7 instead of IE6, then
the directions for using Vista also would apply to Pub 2003. FTP and HTTP
uploading has changed with the introduction of IE7 and Vista.
