show an active timer or glock in powerpoit 2007

I've received a pps,when opened it displayed on the 1st slide the time as in
my PC's taskbar even with the running seconds.Can somebody show me how it's
done?

Are you saying that the first slide not only showed the current time when it
opened but also updated every second?
