Show "Sum Other" when Top 10 AutoShow is used in Pivot Table

Hi.
I use Top 10 AutoShow in a Pivot Table. However, I should very much like a
last row labeld "Other" which is a sum of the volume that's not in the Top
10 rows.

Can I do this within the same pivot?
