Showing actual work in Project 03?

I am having a problem entering the actual work performed on a task. I need
to show the hours performed per day against the projected hours. For example
if a person was to work 4 hours on a line item but only worked 3 what is
happing to me is that the all the numbers for that resouce changes from 4 to
3. I need the baseline to stay at 4 and the actual to show 3.

Hi Duke,

The Baseline Work should not be changing. I think what may be causing
the confusion is that if you look at the Resource Usage or Task Usage
view, it is not Baseline work which appears by default. It is work and
that work will change as you record actuals.

Make sure you save a baseline (Tool > Tracking > Save Baseline) before
you record actuals.
