How do I get my wife's name on the "from" tab when she
sends an email? It always shows mine and she would like
the receivers to know that it comes from her and not me.
All our mail comes into the same inbox and gets
distributed to her box or mine, depending on whom the
address says is the intended receiver.

address says is the intended receiver.

If you both use the same account on the Email server, there is no way,
unless you modify the mail account each time, putting in the name you want
in the "Your Name" field. If you each have distinct email addresses, then
you can create a second account in Outlook and use the Accounts button on
the Compse window's button bar to select which account will be the sender.
