showing image in new window

I wonder can anyone help me when i click on an image on
my web site i am building at the moment i get a full
screen and a large picture. What i want to do is have the
image 100x75 pixels so when i click on the image it opens
up a new 400x400 pixels window i have tryed everything
but i still get a full size window all the time. I am
using frontpage 2002 to build my web site and paint shop
pro 8 to do my images.
