Showing more text when printing month view of Office 2003 Calendar

Too much of my text in appointments is cut off when I print the monthly
Calendar view in Office 2003. How can I squeeze more text into the calendar?
How do you change font size of appointment text?

Use one of the Word Calendar templates here:
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.htm#print They are customizable
and you can print all of your information.

Thanks for the reply, which was somewhat helpful. I'd rather not download a
template from a site I'm not familiary with. Instead, I believe there's a way
to achieve my goal of squeezing more text into the monthly view from within
the default Microsoft Office 2003 calendar. Is there a way to reduce type
size or some other technique?

That site (slipstick.com) has been awarded several times as one of the top
sites on the Internet. It had been run by Sue Mosher (Outlook MVP for about
10 years) and is now owned by Diane Poremsky (Outlook MVP for about 6
years.) The links from that site take you to MIcrosoft Office Downloads -
do you object to Microsoft offering templates?

To add to the previous response, yes you can reduce the font and get more
information into the calendar - use the Word Template.

Milly,

Sounds like a solution, but how do I "use" the Word template. Can you
provide some step-by-step help here. Many thanks.

Download the Word Template from the location I supplied - use the prompts to
include your information as required and then set the font used.
