They've never been in a frame. The behaviour you describe is from Outlook
Express. You can't display picture attachments at the bottom of an e-mail in
Outlook. Pictures are only displayed in-line when they are inserted in the
mail as a picture (for HTML or Rich Text format) instead of an attachment.
