Shrink an A4 poster to A5 size?

How do I shrink an A4 size poster to A5 size keeping it all ledgable. When I
try to do it by page setup I lose a lot of the poster content?

You'd have to group everything, make sure all of your text boxes are set to
shrink to fit, then try to reduce the size of the content.

I would just convert the A4 poster to a .pdf and then print it in Adobe
Reader to fit the A5 paper size.

Paste special - as picture

Results vary. Works best if you keep the aspect ratio.
