Sidebar problem

I've inserted a sidebar on top of a text box and the text wraps around it but
there is a bit of text that goes over the top. Can I stop this from
happening? The side bar is at the front.

Can you move the sidebar up or the text box down or maybe set the text box top margin
to something other than .04?
