I just installed the communicator on my computer and whenever I try to sign
in it says Cannot connect to the communicator service. Please wait for your
system administrator to correct this problem and try again later. If the
problem persists, contact your system administrator. What exactly does this
mean. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same problem. I am
running windows vista OS. Thanks for any help
