signature disappears

i use outlook 2k and i have to add signature everyday as
it keeps disappearing. how do i resolve this

What message editor are you using? Outlook or Word? What messge format?

i directly go to tools-options-mail format-signature
picker- and follow the wizard for add signature.

how do i change the format to word?
