Signature size

I am using a .jpg file as a signature in Outlook. I have included it and it works fine, except... The size is about twice a big as the natural size of the graphic. I can re-size it once the new e-mail is created with the graphic, but I would rather no have to re-size it in every e-mail. Is the some way to lock the size of a graphic in Outlook?
