Hello;

We are running Outlook 2000 with Exchange 2000. The
question is on the signature's. Is there a way to make it
so that the signature gets applied on outgoing e-mails
and not internal?

Not automatically, but it's easy enough to do manually with a modicum of
personal discipline.
