Signing some discrete fields on a form

O

Olaf Krumnow

Hi,

i have a problem signing an InfoPath form (InfoPath 2003 SP1).

(Please note that I have a german infopath, so perhaps I don't use the
right english names for the infopath parts)

I have a repeating table with 6 columns. Columns 1-4 have to be filled
by UserA. Column 5 has to be filled by UserB and column 6 calculates
column1*column5.

Furthermore I have a field "Reason" and a field "Username" (both not
inside the repeating table, just plain text fields) to be filled by
UserA.

Now UserA should sign his parts of the form and send the form to
UserB. UserB must be able to fill column5 of the table.

The problem is, that UserA cannot sign the form without making column5
unchangeable.

More than one section to sign independently is not really a solution
in view of user acceptance.

Any ideas how to achieve this?

Thanks,
Olaf
