Silent Install Outlook 2000

How do I get rid of the Personal Address Book prompt after installing
Outlook 2000?
It ask if you want to convert to Contacts. I want a completely silent
install for users. The
XP CIW has the option to disable this but I don't find it in Office 2000
CIW.
