Simple HTML Newsletter

Simple question I'm sure...

How do I go about sending a simple HTML newsletter (with graphics an
text) via Outlook...??

I understand that all of the images must be linked to the server tha
they reside on but how do I actually get the HTML script into th
email...??

For Outlook 2000:
Actions, New Mail Message Using -> HTML
Insert, Picture
Format, Background -> Picture
Insert, Hyperlink

Otherwise (I don't like this) you might consider sending a Word
Document as email (not attachment) directly from Word.

Or, alternatively, consider attaching .pdf (see 'PDF995'
(www.pdf995.com), et al) considering not *everyone* uses HTML email
clients, or views HTML pages, due to potential and real security risks.
