simple one but i'm stummped...{form text}

One of my users is still on office 97, and has been having a play, and now
all his forms only display {Form Text} in the data fields of his forms, both
old ones and new ones. I cant for the life of me remember how you switch the
diplay back to displaying the actual data.

I cant believe i forgot that. I also remembered the magic words to find the
info in the 'help' system, display field codes.
