Go to View/Color-Grayscale/Black and White, then View/Master/Slide Master,
select the object you want to print, right-click it and choose Black and
White Settings. Choose something appropriate from the list.
Ah, crud. Scratch that. The background on this template was inserted using
Format/Background/Fill Effects/Picture, so we don't have any control over
the B/W settings. I don't know why it only prints on the title slide, unless
that's by design in PPT when you print grayscale and I just never noticed.
What if you select File/Print and choose Pure Black and White instead of
Grayscale? That seems to work here.

I downloaded the stacked books slide design from the MS website. It is
the
design on both my masters. It shows up in the on screen slide show, but it
only prints on the first slide. In print preview it also shows it only on
the first slide. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
