Slide goes to beginning on it's own

I'm having major problems with my .ppt presentations. If
you stay on a slide for more thank 5 min or so, it
automatically clicks back to the first slide. Transition
on mouse click is enabled. Not set to automatically
advance or anything. Also if it doesn't click back to the
first slide, then it locks up each and every time I try to
advance it after being idle for a while. Any thoughts?
Here's additional info about my system and what I've
tried. Thanks! Becca

Office 2003
Windows 2000
All updates done
printer drivers loaded
running .ppt from hard drive
A/V disabled
Happens on all .ppt
uninstalled/reg clean/reinstalled

This is the default setting for presentations set to be "Browsed at a
KIOSK". If you want to change this setting to "Presented by a speaker",
click "Slide Show", "Set up show". Keep in mind that if you change this,
the user can click anytime and anywhere to move to the next slide or
animation. The "Browsed at a KIOSK" feature takes away this ability in case
you need to control the flow of a presentation (like as CBT).
