Slide orientation

Is it possible to have just one slide in portrait and the rest in landscape?
If it is how do I accomplish it?

Not in the same file, but you can create a single slide file and link to it
from your original file and have a button that returns to the next slide of
your original presentation. You do this using Action Buttons, Hyperlink to,
Other PowerPoint presentation.
