Make a 1-slide-presentation in portrait and link to it from the
5-slide-presentation. You can't mix them in one presentation. (And neither
your monitor nor your projector will be turned around automatically to
display portrait instead of landscape.)
You can achieve this in Powerpoint. All the slides have to be the same
orientation. You can change the orientation of the notes pages so they are
different to the slides (but again, all the notes pages would need to be the
same orientation throughout). See file > page set.
