Slide Show Stops

I have a 2003 pp slideshow that I have inserted a soundfile from my playlist. However, after a couple of the slides the first slide appears while the music continues to play. The first slide will remain till I click on the mouse and the second slide appears and so on, however, the music remains continues. What can I do so that the show does not stop?
