Slide show

I am creating a slide show presentations with pictures. The last picture on each slide moves too quickly (it simply flashes up and then goes away). I have changed the slide transition time, made it so the picture does not dim out, and changed and the time that it appears and still the problem occurs. Does anyone have any advice for this problem?

What animation(s) are you using on the picture? What
version of PPT are you running?

I am using the random choice under custom animation. The
pictures are scanned photographs. I believe that it's
Powerpoint 2000.
