Slide transition not working properly, please help

I am creating a powerpoint slide show for my brother's wedding and I'm having
an issue where the slide won't transition to the next slide for certain
animated text slides that also have music inserted. Does anyone know why
this could be?

Go to Slide Show > Slide Transition.
Under Advance Slide section, uncheck On mouse click and check Automatically
After. Does it work?

Your question isn't clear to me. If you're having difficulty with slides
advancing while background music plays, see Play sounds across multiple
slides (A WAV runs through it)
