slides blank out during slide show

Hi there, I hope somebody could help me....

I have a slide show in which we have 140 graphics or photo's

During the whole show we have a wave sound file narrating it with
music.

My problem is about every other time I play the show, it randomly
takes one slide and drops the image and display's a white blank slide
instead.

it's not the same slide each time, it's usually only one, in different
spots in the show and again it's about every other time I play the
show.

I'm on a pretty decent processing computer too.

Does anybody have any idea why it's doing that?

thanks for your help,

One possibility is that your video driver needs to be updated. Go to the
video card manufacturer's website and look for a driver for your version of
Windows.

I've had the same problem, but only if I expanded the
size of the image so that it exceeded the size of the
slide. Sometimes it works and sometimes it does not.
I.E., if I want a graph to be as parge as possible,
sometimes its blank outside edges go outside the original
fram. Sometimes it works ok afterwards and sometimes I
get a big red X when in the middle of a show. Making it
smaller seems to fix it.
