Slow Loading Dept Pages

I have one department who's departmental web-pages load extremely slow
compared to all of my other departments do. It doesn't seem to matter
what page from this department they try load, they all load slow but
the rest of my departmental pages load extremely fast? Does anyone have
any ideas?

What is on the slow pages that is not on other departments' pages?
Look for Java Applets, Active X, bloat from Word, etc.

Probably either images with huge file sizes or bad code. If you post a URL
