Slow Starter

My Outlook 2002 is starting slower than normal. It used
to start in 5sec now it takes 30 to 40.

One day last week, I had an error and according to my
event viewer:

Under Application it says;

Accepted Safe Mode Action; Microsoft Outlook
Type: Error
Event ID: 2000
Source: Microsoft Office 10

I tried following the directions the trouble shooting in
the computer gave to me, but that did not work. Does
anyone have any idea how to assist with this problem?
