Slow Viewing e-mails

Suddenly it's very slow to view e-mails in Outlook 2002.
Any kind of e-mail, with or without attachments. It
worked fine until a few days ago. Anyone have any ideas?

Found an answer to the problem in another post. Simply
turning of the Messenger Integration fixed everything.
