Whe trying to open Outlook with SBCM (after a freeze) I
can no longer open a contact's 'form'. I get two error
messages and then it open a personal 'form' instead of a
business form.
The two error messages are as follows:
1. The custom form could not be opened. Outlook will use
and Outlook form instead. The form required to view this
message cannot be displayed. Contact your administrator.
2. Array index out of bounds.
I have tried to install updates and run the repair
utility. Neither of these has solved the issue. Is there
any way to correct this issue? Can I even reinstall
without loosing data?
