Small business customer manager

Hopeless

I am running office 2000 on XP. When I go and try use the wizard it says
General Fault cannot import data. Any ideas?

Sorry to post my question here as a reply, I couldn't get the "new message"
posting to work. My question is:

I have Small Business Customer Manager installed on my PC and want to know
if it can import an Excel spreadsheet? If so, how do I do this?

If this is not possible, what other common programs can be imported? I don't
have MS Access installed; can I download just the "table" version so data can
be populated and imported into Small Business Customer Manager?
