By default for my smart tags, I have it recognizing Address, Person Name
(Outlook recipient), and Place. But when I'm typing in a friends name(who
happens to be a contact), the smart tag does not show up. I have to select
Person Name(English) and then the smart tag will appear.
Anything obvious I'm missing here? I tried typing in their firstname,
lastname, then email address, then just their username (I'm in a large
network environment) but still nothing will show up unless I check Person
Name (English)
